One very useful feature is that the search interface is common for both the USPTO and Espacenet. In addition, the software has excellent help that makes constructing search queries easy.

There are a few quite unique features such as being able to create Boolean operation on lists of titles that I have downloaded by drag and drop. Another unique feature of this software is the automatic generation of claim tree for each patent.
