WizPatent queries external databases such as USPTO and Espacenet. These databases change their data format and field code definitions intermittently and often without warning.

At WizPatent, we monitor these databases and their links 3 times a day. During each inspection, over 200 links and queries are checked. Should there be any differences, we implement the appropriate code changes within 24 hours.

For minor changes, updates will be implemented without the need for you to re-install the WizPatent software. For major changes, an upgrade will be released as soon as possible.
