Serial Number and Password must match. These were issued to the original purchaser.
Please make sure that your Serial Number and Password are valid, and try registering
again.

Error 102: Your Security Answer does not match with the one provided at your
registration.
Please use the same security answer that you have provided at the time of your
first registration.

Error 103:You have exceeded the total number of re-installations that
is allowed for this software.
The intent of allowing five re-activations is for your convenience. In the event
of hardware failure, the software can be re-installed and re-registered either
on the re-configured machine or on a new machine. If you need to switch
installation to different computers frequently then you should purchase
additional subscriptions.
Error 104: You do not have internet connection at the time of registration .
Check in the lower left hand corner of WizPatent Manager. If you are not connected
to the Internet you will see a message saying “Internet is disconnected”
or you will see the internet is disconnected icon
WizPatent Manager requires access to the internet to search and retrieve files
from USPTO and ESPACE. Please connect to the Internet and try to search/retrieve
again.
Error 111: You are unable to connect to the registration server. Do you wish to
retry?
There are two possible reasons for this error:
Our hosting service Infinology located in Los Angeles is temporary down.
Please try registering again later.
The network security policy within your company does not allow access to our server.
